Jury reaches decision in Deion Sanders custody battle

Tampa residents who have been through or are in the middle of a child custody battle understand the emotional toll the proceedings can take. A court is left to determine what is in your child's best interest, and it can be difficult to relinquish control. The decision will determine the amount of time you spend with your child, whether you have physical or legal custody, and will greatly impact your future.

Tampa parents who have gone through child custody hearings know that they can be highly emotional and difficult to experience. Judge puts the heat on Heat star's wife in custody dispute

Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade will not be playing in the Olympics this time around, but he and his ex-wife continue to compete for control of their two children. The boys, ages 10 and 5, were at the center of another court hearing this week in the couple's two-years-and-counting custody battle. After hearing testimony from several witnesses, the judge has ordered a temporary modification to the visitation arrangement the basketball player and his ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, worked out last year.
