Dina then graduated from Stetson University College of Law with her Juris Doctor degree and a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy, receiving numerous community service and advocacy awards, as well as winning First Place in an intramural writing contest. She returned to Stetson's Trial Team as a coach and led the team to a State Championship in the 2004 Chester Bedell Mock Trial Competition.
Dina served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida for four years, handling all levels of misdemeanor and felony offenses, with a focus on prosecuting domestic violence offenders. Dina trained state prosecutors as an instructor at the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association DUI School and also assisted in training future law enforcement officers in trial techniques. She is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Her primary area of practice is criminal defense.
Dina's community interests include support and involvement with the YMCA's Ophelia Project, Big Cat Rescue, and The Spring of Tampa Bay.
